We do not offer any return and refund in any condition.
Exchange
Our exchange policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have passed since your delivery, we can’t offer you any exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only replace items if you received any defective or damaged item. If you have received a damaged order, you can request for an exchange within the 4 days after delivery with a proper UNCUT unboxing video of the package and a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not offer any exchange for online Scrunchie orders. We ship all items after a proper quality inspect. Please chose the correct color and size before placing an order.
We do not offer any exchange for the following conditions:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 4 days after delivery.
